In the early morning hours of October 2, 1999, someone entered the home of self-made millionaire Steven Beard and his wife Celeste in Westlake Hills, Texas and shot Steven in the stomach. While his murder seemed random at first, the truth eventually came out, and it wasn’t all that shocking to some.
